ChangeUp
ChangeUp is a new government capacity building and
infrastructure framework for the Voluntary and Community sector.
‘Capacity building is about ensuring that organisations
have the skills, knowledge, structures and resources to realise
their full potential’. If you would like further

ChangeUp was produced by the Active Community Unit
in June 2004, in partnership with the voluntary and community
sector.

The Surrey VCS Infrastructure Consortium will play a key role in the identification of need among local
infrastructure organisations, such as CVS and their members and users
